Ava's First Halloween!

Ava is now 10 weeks old and she went to her first costume party!  It was a fun event thrown by the Collen family and was quite the photo opp. for the parents :)  The kids were miserable in their costumes, while the parents were laughing their butts off! Ava and Behan got their first Halloween costumes from Auntie Mandy.  Behan is Yoda and Ava is a mermaid. Super cute!

Happy Campers!

Ava is 9 weeks old now and last weekend we took her on her first camping trip to the Russian River!  It was beautiful weather during the day and very cold at night.  We had to spend most of the evenings inside the camper, but she seemed happy.   Nana, Grandpa Greg, Kathy, Denny, and Carla came to hang out with us too! 

The Pumpkin Patch

Ava went to the Pumpkin Patch for the first time today with all of her boyfriends.  We meet up with these girls and their baby boys once a week for some fun! Although it was a stifling 85 degrees out in October!!!, we got her first pumpkin :)

 

The cousin adventures begin!

Ava is 7 weeks old now and last weekend she was finally able to meet her cousin Behan and her Auntie Mandy!  Behan is three weeks older than Ava and was able to come home after being in the hospital for about ten weeks.  It was a very exciting day. The cousins got to play footsie, nap together, and wear their new Halloween costumes from Auntie Mandy.  Ava is a mermaid and Behan is Yoda: ) Auntie Mandy made a special trip all the way from Colorado to meet Ava.  She stayed all weekend!  Ava and mommy were so sad to see her go, but she will be back in December to become Ava's godmother at her baptism.

 

Some of Ava's firsts.........

Ava is now 6 weeks old and there are many things that she has done for the first time over the past couple of weeks.  Here are just a few........
Her first bath, which she hated (but now that her cord has fallen off and she can be submerged in the water, she loves it)!  Her first trip out of town to Nana, Grandpa Grego, and Uncle Jake's house; the first time meeting her Great Grandparents; her first BBQ on Labor Day at the Gallaty's; the first time being held by her Godfather (AJ), and her first birthday party (for Ashley and Mommy). She is a very busy baby!
